Dear Customer,

We would like to thank you for your custom over the years and the support you have given to Graham’s the Family Dairy and our dairy in Nairn. As of Friday 2nd February 2024 we are moving all of our doorstep deliveries over to the Mills family, a family that I have known for over 20 years.

Your deliveries from the Mills Family will start from Monday 5th February 2024. There will be no change to your current delivery days or milkman and the milk delivered will still be the same local milk from Grahams. We hope you will be able to support the Mills family business going forward.

As your Direct Debit is 14 days behind your deliveries, the last Direct Debit taken from us will be Friday 16th February 2024 so please, do not cancel your Direct Debit before then.

If you do not wish your deliveries & Direct Debit to be moved over, then please contact our doorstep team on 01667 453344 or email doorstepadmin@grahamsfamilydairy.com by Wednesday 31st January 2024.

The good news is, if you do wish to continue, that you do not need to take any action to continue receiving your milk deliveries and the benefits of Direct Debit. Please be assured that this change, will in no way effect the service you receive.

The only change you will notice is that with effect from 17/02/2024, BPS re Mills Dairies Ltd will collect your Direct Debits instead of ‘Grahams The Family Dairy Ltd.’ There is no need for you to complete a new Direct Debit instruction.
